### Can I reserve an item before paying?
Yes. We can place a **temporary hold for up to 48 hours** to inspect the item. After that period the item returns to the general inventory.
### Do you require a deposit?
No. Because we operate a boutique studio, **full payment is required before the item is dispatched**.
### What currency are the prices listed?
All prices are shown in **Australian dollars (AUD)**. International buyers will be charged the AUD amount converted at the prevailing bank exchange rate on the day of payment.
### How do I pay for a purchase, and what payment types do you accept?

Viewing & Inspecting Items
Can I pickup the goods or have them transported to my location?
Yes, you can schedule to personally collect goods from the Leichhardt workshop or arrange transportation when payment is made by either direct deposit or cash on pickup.
We can arrange suitable shipping on request including postage, furniture removalists and custom crate freight.
